SoloSuit helps debtors respond to debt lawsuits with a personalized Answer, helping them avoid default judgment. SoloSettle, an AI-powered tool for negotiating debt settlements outside of court, connects debtors with their collectors through an online debt negotiating platform.
For Collectors
The collection process is expensive and time consuming, and in most debt lawsuits, the collector has to chase after the consumer to find a resolution.
With SoloSuit’s debt settlement tool, SoloSettle, consumers initiate the settlement process. Once negotiations are finalized, the SoloSettle app manages the payment processing and settlement agreement. There are no fees for collectors, as SoloSuit handles all payment servicing.
